Return Policy:
  • We take great pride in our products. In order to serve our customers better and further improve on our products and services, please let us know your reason for returning the merchandise(s). Items must be in original condition must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery date accompanied by our original packing slip. Any returns after 30 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense. You are responsible for shipping charges both ways for Sets and Promotion items on exchange. For scrub Sets both top and pants must be returned. Items with cosmetic stains, animal hairs, washed, worn, altered or embroidered cannot be returned. For hygienic purposes, federal law prohibits return of personal items once they have been washed or worn. For the safety of all our Salus Uniforms customers, we will not process these items. We cannot refund original or return postage. We reserve the right to deduct actual shipping expenses in the event you refuse or return package once shipped.

     


How to Return or Exchange:
  • Please fill out Return / Exchange form that is accompanying with the original receipts with items that you would like to return or exchange. Enclose the forms with the item(s) you are returning or exchanging and ship it to Return/ Exchange Department. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. In order to better serve and meet the needs of our customer please let us know your reason for returning/exchanging merchandise(s). We recommend you obtain a proof of delivery and add insurance to package. Salus Uniforms is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise returned to us.

Other Return Information:
  • We process all returns as soon as possible upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 5-10 business days for us to receive your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, your refund check will be sent to you via mail.
